What is it?Kai'ckul - an ancient name for Morheus, Lord of Dreams - is a librarian for the EMU Morpheus Z-plane synthesizer. With Kai'ckul you can conveniently transfer presets,
hyperpresets, midimaps and banks from and to your Morpheus. Kai'ckul
can handle plain sysex files as well as MorphEdit files (*.prt,
*.hpt and *.mmp). A special feature is the "Save as song" option, that will save a midimap with the 16 corresponding presets or hyperpresets, so you can quickly configure your Morpheus with the correct song setup from within your sequencer. MIDI files can be played from within Kai'ckul to audition patches. Finally, you can update the instrument definition for the Morpheus in the Cakewalk environment with Kai'ckul. |
